Effective June 30, 2026
Draft — pending legal review
This policy is published in good faith and reflects our current practices. The final wording is undergoing legal review and may be updated. For questions in the meantime, contact us using the details in the Contact section below.
1. Introduction & scope
Milligram Health (“Milligram Health,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a pharmacy software and strategy company based in Cleveland, Ohio, United States. We also maintain a registered Canadian branch that is currently dormant and has no active operations.
This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect through milligram-health.com, how we use and share it, how long we keep it, and the choices and rights available to you. It applies to information collected through this website and our related business correspondence. It does not apply to third-party websites we link to.
2. Personal information we collect
We collect information you choose to provide and a limited amount of technical information collected automatically:
- Contact / “Start a Conversation” form: your name, email address, company, and the message you send us.
- “Build a Pilot” form: a description of the problem you want to solve, information about your pharmacy (such as name, location, and prescription volume), and your email address.
- Automatically collected: standard technical data such as IP address, browser and device type, pages viewed, and referring pages, gathered through our hosting/CDN logs and — where analytics cookies are enabled — through analytics tools.
- Cookies: a small number of cookies, including a consent-preference cookie. See section 6.
3. How we use your information
We use personal information to:
- respond to your inquiries and communicate with you;
- evaluate and scope potential pilots and engagements;
- operate, maintain, secure, and improve our website;
- comply with our legal obligations and protect our legal rights.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
4. Our basis for processing
Depending on the context and applicable law, we process personal information on the basis of your consent (for example, when you submit a form or accept analytics cookies), our legitimate business interests in operating and securing our website and responding to inquiries, and, where relevant, to take steps at your request prior to entering into a contract.
5. Service providers we share with
We share personal information with the service providers (processors) below only as needed to provide our website and services. Each processes data under its own agreements and privacy commitments. Some are located in the United States and other countries; see section 10 on international transfers.

Your choice is stored in a consent-preference cookie (mgh_cookie_consent) that lasts up to one year. You can change or withdraw your consent at any time by clearing this cookie in your browser, after which you will be asked again.
7. How long we keep your information
We retain personal information only for as long as needed to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected — for example, to handle your inquiry or evaluate a pilot — and for a reasonable period afterward to meet legal, accounting, or record-keeping requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or anonymize it. You may request deletion as described below.
8. Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, update, or delete your personal information, to withdraw consent, and to complain to a regulator.
- Canada (PIPEDA): you may request access to and correction of your personal information, and you may file a complaint with the Office of the Privacy Commissioner of Canada.
- United States (state privacy laws): residents of states with applicable privacy laws (such as California's CCPA/CPRA) may request access to, deletion of, or correction of their personal information, and may opt out of any “sale” or “sharing” of personal information. We do not sell personal information. You will not be discriminated against for exercising these rights.
To exercise any of these rights, contact us using the details in section 11. We will verify and respond to your request as required by applicable law.
9. Health information
This website does not collect individual health information about you. The information collected through our forms is business and professional contact information about pharmacies and their operations — it is not protected health information (PHI). Please do not submit patient health information through this website. If any of our forms are ever changed to collect health information, we will provide an appropriate notice at the point of collection.
10. Security, transfers & other matters
Security. We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, however, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

Children. Our website is intended for businesses and professionals and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes. We may update this policy from time to time. We will post the updated version here and revise the effective date above.
